Shipping & Returns
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of being placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

- Orders above $45 - Free shipping*
*Approximate delivery time is between 3-6 business days after the order is shipped, depending on delivery address.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Transit times may vary days depending on delivery address.
Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are NOT included in the shipping price. International customers may have to pay additional customs & duty fees upon arrival/receipt depending on the laws and regulations of their place of residence.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always recommend that you measure and double check the sizing of your dog before placing an order. Please refer to our sizing page or if you have any questions / need assistance, reach out to email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help.
We strive for customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please see the following information:
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you will be returning an item and stating your order number. We will provide the address via email.
Items must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition (new, unworn/unwashed and hair-free).
Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs for returned items unless merchandise is faulty/damaged* or we have sent you the wrong item in error. Shipping costs from original order will no be refunded due to a return.
Make sure these requirements are fulfilled. Once the return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment used (between 24-48 hours).
If you request an exchange, please email us at email@example.com to confirm that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.
PLEASE NOTE: All items listed in our "Sale" page are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns/refunds.
*WRONG OR FAULTY/DAMAGED
We're sorry about that! If you receive the wrong item or any defective items, please send us an email within 3 days of the arrival of your package to look into this.
Please include your contact details, order number, details of the fault/damage/item and a photo or video, if possible.
