Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Hollywood, FL, USA.

How long is processing time?

We try our best to process orders within 1-3 business days, with most being processed within 24 hours. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard & PayPal (which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's - as long as the card does not require a PIN or password).

Payments are processed in USD by default.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

How do I know what size to get for my dog?

Every dog is unique and varies in size and shape. For this reason, we always recommend that you measure and double check the sizing of your dog before placing an order.

Also, keep in mind that our sizes may be different from other brands that are on the market.

Wrong shipping information

Once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at info@nonaspaws.com and we will do our best to make the change if the order has not yet been processed.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Email order confirmations and shipping confirmations are automatically sent as soon as you complete checkout and as soon as the order ships. If you didn't receive either of these confirmations email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam/junk folders just in case it accidentally made its way in there. 

If you are unable to find it, email us at info@nonaspaws.com and let us know the name and email address used for your order and we'll gladly resend it to you.  

The item I ordered didn't fit my pup

How to care for my accessories?

We recommend to gently hand-wash your items in cold water with a gentle soap/detergent and air dry.

If you wish to machine wash your products, we recommend you put the items in a laundry bag (for delicates) and wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle. Always air dry and do not place the items in the dryer.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! On any page where we request that you enter your address, telephone number or credit card information, we use a secure connection (SSL) to encrypt communication. We do not store your payment information and it is used only once when purchasing the product.

We do not provide your account information, email, contact or other personal information to any third party vendors or service providers.
