Once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. Email order confirmations and shipping confirmations are automatically sent as soon as you complete checkout and as soon as the order ships. If you didn't receive either of these confirmations email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam/junk folders just in case it accidentally made its way in there.

We are sorry to hear that! Make sure to refer to our Returns Policy for more information on how to return your item - as long as our refund requirements are fulfilled, we'll gladly accept and process a refund. You can then repurchase in the correct size. We unfortunately are unable to accept exchanges.
We recommend to gently hand-wash your items in cold water with a gentle soap/detergent and air dry.
If you wish to machine wash your products, we recommend you put the items in a laundry bag (for delicates) and wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle. Always air dry and do notplace the items in the dryer.
Yes! On any page where we request that you enter your address, telephone number or credit card information, we use a secure connection (SSL) to encrypt communication. We do not store your payment information and it is used only once when purchasing the product.
